I had the chance to see the SARX055 in person earlier this year and bought the similar SJE073. I agree with your comments. The finishing on the case, hands and indices is fantastic. The antireflective coating is very effective to the point that I sometimes play with my watch trying to get some reflections. I love the dial texture, even though it can sometimes appear smooth most of the time it provides a shimmer or the full frosted / hand made paper effect. One thing I found that you did not mention is that the case back on the SJE073 doesn’t appear to have the scratch resistant coating. Resting my watch on its own bracelet has caused some scratches, but maybe the SARX055 is different.
